Getting Rid of Unwanted Body Hair
The physical attributes of human beings include the appearance of hair, in almost all types, in almost all parts of their body. Biologically speaking, males and females have head and body hair, although the former is more hairy than the other as far as body-hair distribution is concerned. But on the sociological aspect, one civilization after another has looked at them at either the same or different lights over the course of history. Growing, maintaining, and removing hair are often at the mercy of the social, cultural and sexual trends of the time. (read more about how to get rid of unwanted body hair)

The male population has long been known to possess a more "hairy" feature than the female population. This notion is obviously supported by the fact that men naturally grow course hair on their legs, arms, chest, and sometimes, even on their backs. However, the times changed and nowadays, men are already presented with various ways of eliminating those unwanted body hair for the sake of them looking neat and clean. Although hair removal processes when undergone by men, may seem a beat off the path of the usual trend, they only serve the same purpose. (learn more about hair removal methods for men)
Human growth hormone, also called somatotropin, is a protein hormone of 190 amino acids (building blocks of protein) that is created and secreted by the anterior pituitary gland. It has two types of effects, both of which are highly beneficial to the vital, active human body. One main type of action of the HGH is its direct effects on other kinds of cells. The growth hormone binds to its receptor on target cells, then creates some particular action. Fat cells, for example, are the target cells of HGH, so they have growth hormone receptors. Once bonded there, the growth hormone causes them to break down triglyceride and suppresses their ability to take up and accumulate circulating lipids -- in other words, fat storage is prevented! Dangerous Penis Enlargement Methods
Whoever said that all men are created equal obviously wasn't referring to penises. If he were, then there would be no reason for men to keep obsessing about the sizes of their genitals. The fact is that men are not created equal (at least where penises are concerned) -- there are those who are well-endowed and there are those who are, well, size-deprived. While the majority of men fall in the average-sized category, a number of surveys say that most men consider themselves small. (read more about Dangerous Penis Enlargement Methods)

Based on a very intricate study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by the end of 2004, the current number of American adults who were smoking on a regular basis reached a staggering 44.5 million, making more than 20% of Americans smokers. How to Increase Your Metabolism
Do you find it hard to loose weight and keep it off? As we get older it gets even harder, which is a sign that we need to increase our metabolism. The food that we eat converts into energy, and the word ‘metabolism’ refers to the process that the body uses to distribute the nutrients from the food. Our basal metabolism keeps us alive and provides basic energy for life support, which requires 60-65% of the calories eaten daily. An additional 25% of calories are used during physical activity and another 10% are spent processing the food we eat. Everyone’s rate of and ability to increase metabolism is different and is affected by many variables including general health, chronic health conditions, lack of physical activity, and age. We’ve all seen those people who can eat anything they want and never seem to gain an ounce, regardless of their level of physical activity; this is a prime example of a person with a relatively high metabolic rate. What Is Your Ideal Body Weight?
There seems to be a huge gap between what men think their ideal body weight is as apposed to what the number is according to a doctor. Designing beginners workouts really has more to do with psychology than with personal training. I am not saying that beginners exercises don't require the special knowledge that only a personal trainer has. If a beginners exercise program goes to far, does not put enough emphasis on stretching or safety, or does not have enough instruction, it is worthless at best and dangerous at worst. Nonetheless, the main thing when working with beginners is figuring out what they want out of their exercise workout routine. (read more about Beginners Exercise)
