Spray On Tans

Check out George Hamilton (if you can)! The guy has been tanning his entire life. Or at least it appears that way. He must be utterly obsessed with the sunlight and looking golden toasty brown. The funny part is they have to put so much make-up on the guy so his sun damaged skin doesn't show. There's no two ways about it: any gay man who spends countless days basking in the sun or lying nude on the tanning bed is going to have serious sun damage. We live in the age of sunscreen, but for some bizarre reason folks don't want to use it. They must have their summer tans year-round. If the weather/season prevents this, they'll head to a tanning booth. It's as simple as that. Well, it's time to stop all the UV madness, because now there are spray on tans.

I knew a gay party boy back in the late 90s. The new-age spray on tans would have been right up his alley. In fact, he probably takes full advantage of this process today. However, back then he was as tan as he could possibly be. And he now has the sun damage and spots on his chest and back to prove it. She's not an elderly gay man (in chrinological years, anyway!) by any means, unless 28 is considered old these days (we're not talking "gay years" either!) I recall asking him about his sun bathing obsession once. He told me that he wasn't worried about the future, and was only living for today. Hmm, not such a bright approach on life. People always say things like this and then later wish they wouldn't have. It's a terrible cycle. Gay Men don't have to worry about sun damage and brown spots anymore. Not with spray on tans in full swing. You can simply head on over to the local tanning salon that offers spray on tans and indulge in an airbrushing experience. A professional will either mist you down from head to toe, or you'll stand in a booth and let the airbrushing system do all the work. This is much quicker and more convenient than lying out on the beach all day long. You can get your tan on the go.

Before you stick your nose up at spray on tans, and assume they will leave your skin orange and streaky, I suggest you give it a whirl first. Test this process out on just your lower half while it's still cold outdoors. No one will see it anyway. This way you can measure the results and decide if it's right for you.
